Part of this page provides links to places to help Americans form educated opinions about our political system. I hear so many people complain that they don't like the leadership of our nation, but they don't know what to do about it. Or they simply don't want to put in the work to change it.
The following are links to the major American political parties. Since I'm not endorsing any of these organizations, they are listed in alphabetical order.
Take a look at the foundation of the American government. It all came from one document known as The U.S. Constitution.
Are you concerned about the effect of the war on terrorism on your civil liberties? Maybe you should be. People For the American Way is an advocacy and watchdog group. Their intent is to inform Americans of where their Constitutionally guaranteed rights are being threatened and work with a variety of organizations to preserve our rights.
Whatever our political inclinations, we should all show our support for American
service men and women who defend the freedoms that we take for granted every
day. They serve at home and abroad, and they and their families make great
sacrifices to keep our nation safe and to bring freedom to oppressed people
around the world.
